Waves
|
The "waves" are actually groups of Funding Commitment Decisions Letters
sent by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) to applicants and service
providers informing them of E-rate funding decisions. The SLD generates
the "waves" of letters by processing applications based on the
Federal Communications Commission's rules of priority and the timing of
when the application was filed within the filing window.
